Submerge with SCUBAPRO - Islamorada
On May 12, Key Dives hosted the Submerge with SCUBAPRO event. Divers checked out the latest SCUBAPRO dive gear, heard seminars presented by SCUBAPRO and Scuba Diving's ScubaLab Director John Brumm, and of course, the day wouldn't be complete without diving!
Divers boarded the spacious 42-foot Giant Stride and headed for one of the Keys' best shallow reefs, Alligator Reef, just offshore from Key Dives shop. (Check out the video for the underwater action.) Participants heard seminars on SCUBAPRO's latest gear, including the full-featured, good-looking Meridian dive computer, and got to demo plenty of SCUBAPRO's most popular gear, including Go and Ladyhawk BCs, A700 and C300 regs, Seawing Nova and Gorilla fins and Spectra dive mask, plus free food, T-shirts and discounted two-tank diving with SCUBAPRO and Scuba Diving staffers. This was a fun-filled event, both on the boat and in the shop — perfect weather, calm seas and great gear.
The tour continued May 16 with dives at Casey Key off Venice through Florida Underwater Sports. For more info, visit scubapro.com.
