Whether you’re staying at a sister Muy'ono Resort, locally in Hopkins, or overnighting in the Cayes, Belize Underwater is the tour operator for Middle Belize, servicing the Hopkins and Dangriga areas, as well as South Water Caye. Here, most of the sites are walls, and nearly every dive is a drift.
This region is famous for pristine reefs—the healthiest in Belize—as well as an abundance of eagle rays, nurse sharks, turtles and macro life. The macro life, including nudibranchs, jawfish and slipper lobsters, tends to be one of the most underrated aspects of this area.

In the water, the diver-to-guide ratio is never higher than 8-to-1. Guests who would like more attention always have the option to hire a private guide. This cost is one set fee, regardless of whether that private guide joins just one diver or a group of up to four.
