Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas Shark Adventure Contest: OFFICIAL RULES No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. You have not yet won. Odds of winning: 4 out of all eligible entries received. The sponsor of the sweepstakes is Stuart's Cove Dive Bahamas (the "Sponsor"). Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit /community/contests/2010/01/stuart-cove-s-dive-bahamas-shark-adventure-contest, complete, and submit the online entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor selected winners will be picked from all eligible entries received on or about 4/1/10, 7/1/10, 10/1/10, 12/31/10. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about 5/1/10, 8/1/10, 11/1/10, 2/1/11. If winners are notified by e-mail, the winners must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability.
