A new state-of-the-art PADI Instructor Development Center has opened in Key Largo. Horizon Divers, a PADI 5 star Gold Palm Dive Center, advances into PADI Professional level dive training. Owners of Horizon Divers Bobbye and Joe Dowda in association with local PADI Course Directors Simon Selwood and Tony Stewart proudly announce the formation of Key Largo Instructor Training. PADI Course Director Simon Selwood Says ''This is a dream come true for Tony and me. We believe that our unique teaching styles, and our commitment to teaching people to train students to dive safely will make a big difference in the quality of PADI Instructor training available to prospective new instructors.
