If you thought the Smithsonian’s ­Giant Panda Cam was cute, check out Eagle Wing Tours’ underwater seal webcam. Installed at the historic ­Fisherman’s Wharf in Victoria, ­British Columbia, the camera catches everything from river otters to jellyfish. Eagle Wing Tours teamed up with Sub Eye Technologies to install the camera as part of a planned network of underwater ­webcams. ­Viewers can also catch glimpses of herring, stickle-back fish and salmon.

One particularly social seal named Sammy frequents the dock, hoping to snatch salmon from visitors.
