DEMA Show 2019: Live Scuba Gear and News Updates

The 2019 DEMA Show in Orlando is the place to be to check out all of the new dive gear set to launch next year and hear all of the exciting industry news and announcements. That's why the editors of Scuba Diving magazine were on the ground, providing live updates for readers. Cressi
The Zeus mask features Cressi's Fog-Stop technology and is now available in both black and crystal silicone. This mask features new micrometric adjustable buckles and a new strap that is made with two different silicone colors.
TUSA
Eco-friendly "green gear" has been a major theme at DEMA this year. That was the case in the TUSA booth, where we saw the new DC Solar Link (IQ1204) dive computer. This computer is completely solar powered, eliminating the need for batteries. TUSA is also rolling out the new Paragon S mask, a single-lens update to the Paragon.
Henderson Wetsuits
Henderson’s Greenprene neoprene-free wetsuits are made from sustainable products, such as sugar cane, deproteinized natural rubber, plant oils and oyster shells, as well as recycled water bottles. It ships in recycled cardboard packaging to reduce environmental impact.
Garmin Announces Dive Case for the inReach Mini
Garmin's inReach Mini satellite communication device can now be taken on your dives with the creation of a Dive Case. The new inReach Mini Dive Case is depth-rated to 100 meters and was unveiled at the 2019 DEMA Show. The Dive Case will retail for $49.99 and is expected to be available in January 2020. Since the release of the inReach Mini it has proved to be a literal life-safer for many people according to the Garmin blog. SeaLife Cameras
SeaLife Cameras has a much-anticipated release: the ReefMaster RM-4K. This action camera is compact and made specially for divers. Check out more info on this camera in the video above.

Aqua Lung/Apeks Unveils New Gear
Aqua Lung is rolling out a few exciting gear releases at DEMA, including the Omni BCD, Legend 3 regulator (or, the LEG3ND) and the Apeks MTX-RC regulator. The Omni is the latest in Aqua Lung's line of modular BCs—following the Rogue and the Outlaw—with a huge variety of custom options and a sleek, jacket-style design. The Legend 3 (which is set for a January 10 release) is the latest update to Aqua Lung's popular reg, and the MTX-RC will please advanced divers with its cold-water capabilities and easy breathing. We spotted this awesome invention in the PADI Gear booth, the Cora Ball. This laundry ball can be thrown in with your clothes and it will catch microfibers shedding off your clothes before they wash into the waterways. LeFeet S1 WaterScooter
The LeFeet S1 WaterScooter is a Bluetooth-controlled underwater scooter that can be set up as a dual or single unit. It's ultra-compact and can propel divers about 3.5 mph with the single unit and 5 mph with the dual unit. Learn more at LeFeet's website.
