When is a dive trip more than a dive trip? When it is thoughtfully curated every step of the way by dive industry professionals who are passionate travelers and who know exactly what divers want from the trip of a lifetime.

While many group itineraries simply tick off dive sites and topside attractions, GAS Divers pushes the envelope with truly immersive experiences both in and out of the water. These trips pair world-class diving in carefully chosen destinations with personal hosting, education, and a strong focus on connection throughout the journey.

For Adreon Morgan and Corey Mireau, founders of Global Adventures for Scuba Divers (GAS Divers), group travel is about more than finding the world’s most unique dive destinations.

“We try to look for the little bits and pieces that make a dive trip that much more unique,” Morgan said, pointing to a blend of underwater exploration, topside discovery, and meaningful connections in off-the-beaten-path locales that transform a dive vacation into a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

One example is an eco-luxury group trip planned with GAS Divers in 2026 that goes beyond typical Caribbean destinations to uncover both the underwater and cultural rewards of Statia, also known as St. Eustatius. This unspoiled Dutch Caribbean island is home to more than 400 historic shipwrecks, best explored from a Michelin Key–awarded eco-resort.

St. Lucia, another of GAS Divers’ 2026 offerings, is a Caribbean destination often overlooked by divers. It features dramatic volcanic landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and a vibrant blend of cultures woven into everyday life.

Other exclusive 2026 trips include iconic dive destinations such as Dunbar Rock in Guanaja for off-the-beaten-path adventures; and Komodo, Indonesia, where divers may participate in cutting-edge research with scientists from the conservation organization Manta Trust, with an optional extension in Bali.

Trips are intentionally small, typically hosting 8 to 24 divers, with select itineraries welcoming nondivers. GAS Divers specializes in thoughtfully planned, expedition-style group travel scheduled well in advance and timed for optimal conditions.

Additional itineraries include diving alongside the jungle-covered islands of Coiba National Park in Panama; a rare Myanmar liveaboard accessible only a few months each year; and a Red Sea voyage centered on the 2027 total solar eclipse. Other adventures feature an Arenui liveaboard through Borneo, a curated Bali land trip, an extended Raja Ampat–Halmahera–Lembeh expedition, and island-hopping in French Polynesia that blends world-class diving with immersive topside exploration.

Morgan and Mireau are known for celebrating both small and significant moments on their trips, whether gathering guests for a game of UNO under the stars or commemorating a diver’s 500th dive with a custom underwater sign.

Mireau is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer who can teach certifications such as Enriched Air Nitrox and specialty courses tailored to each itinerary. Morgan is a PADI Divemaster and self-described fish enthusiast who enjoys leading reef identification sessions and sharing stories during happy hour. The pair met on a group dive trip and built GAS Divers on the belief that travel is best experienced with like-minded people.

Together, they bring more than 20 years of combined experience in group leadership and global adventure travel. Guests can expect access to distinctive dive sites during peak seasons, thoughtfully paced itineraries, and optional add-on experiences that go beyond the typical dive-eat-sleep routine. Once on site, Morgan and Mireau remain actively involved, sharing daily plans, helping guests settle in, and fostering a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere where every diver or adventurer feels supported and confident.

Ultimately, testimonials from past guests best capture the essence of a GAS Divers experience.

“Just returned from a fabulous trip to Roatan. Adreon and Corey led a great trip. It was well organized, they answered every question, and were available for any needs,” said Theresa, who joined GAS Divers on a Roatan trip. “They are kind and fun to be around. I will be traveling with them in the future.”

Greg, another Roatan traveler, echoed the praise. “I can’t begin to say how great Corey and Adreon were. They were always helpful with pre-trip and travel suggestions and scuba-diving tips during the dives. They were actively engaged and in contact from the time the trip was booked until everyone made it safely home,” he said.
