What to Expect The southwestern side is the most popular location, with underwater hot springs, black coral, drop-offs, wrecks and walls galore. The southeast side has swift currents and should only be visited by more experience divers. Visibility is 75 feet in the blue-green waters, and marine life abounds, including dolphins, sperm and pilot whales. Conditions are generally calm, with minimal current at some dive sites.
