Explorer Ventures Liveaboard Diving year-end winner announced
For the past two years, Explorer Ventures has selected a guest to receive a free trip from a random drawing. This drawing includes all Explorer Ventures guests from the previous year who have filled out the guest review form sent to them after their trip with us. Instead of relying on on-board guest logs, Explorer Ventures emails each guest returning from one of their vessels a link to an online survey form, and requests their honest appraisal and ratings of the facilities, services on board, diving and many other things. Survey responses are shared immediately both with the vessel the client was on, as well as the management responsible for ensuring that everyone's vacations are up to the company's high standards.
Explorer Ventures is excited to announce that Becky Hallsmith of Britain, who traveled in February 2007 aboard the Caribbean Explorer II in the Northeastern Caribbean, is the winner of the end-of-the-year free trip. When the sales office recently contacted Becky about winning the trip, she said: "I am having a dinner party tonight! I am celebrating my 4th anniversary of remission from cancer and now I can announce that Explorer Ventures has given me a free dive trip for simply filling out my guest review. I can't wait to announce to everyone what you have done and the timing could not have been more perfect. Thank you so much for this addition to my celebration!"
Becky, who has been diving for 18 years, is hoping to travel again with Explorer Ventures in March aboard the Turks & Caicos Explorer II. One of her best memories about her most recent trip with Explorer Ventures was the seahorses found at the dive sites around St. Kitts and Statia. Becky has also traveled twice aboard Explorer Ventures' Nimrod Explorer in Australia. One of these trips was to the Coral Sea to watch coral spawning she considers this "one of the great holidays of my life. And I'm a woman who takes a lot of holidays."
