Enter the 2010 Photo Contest

Scuba Diving’s annual photo contest is back for 2010. Diving has taken you to some pretty exotic locales around the globe and we want to feature the images you’ve taken in the August 2010 issue of Scuba Diving magazine. Did we also mention there are some really cool prizes for the winners in all four categories (Macro, Wide-Angle, Behavior and Photo Essay)? The deadline is April 20, 2010, so click here for the official rules and a link to download your entry form.

Tips For Shooting Photos in the Cenotes of Rivera Maya

We took you through the darkened passageways of Dos Ojos cenote in Mexico’s Rivera Maya for our Advanced Adventure in January, but we know it can be hard to shoot in overhead environments. That’s why we enlisted the help of photo pro Doug Sloss, who provided five tips for getting clearer, more dramatic images next time you head beneath the jungle.
