Turneffe Island Lodge Belize Turneffe Island Lodge is a private Caribbean island. This beautiful, tropical 14-acre island is a private-only-access diving and fishing lodge off the coast of Belize. We proudly offer world-class diving, fishing and snorkeling. Add in our Belizean-style cuisine and hospitality, and you have found your next vacation spot. Our 20-room luxury resort is hidden away 35 miles off the coast of Belize (just over an hour yacht ride)--at the southern tip of the Turneffe Atoll.

Our home is the heart of the Belize reef system, the second largest in the world. This allows us to offer unique and safe diving experiences in one of the most vibrant marine systems on Earth. There are more than 70 recognized dive sites within minutes of the lodge. All of our diving packages offer our signature "valet service": We do all the work; you just relax, dive and enjoy.

Fishing in and around Turneffe Island Lodge offers a unique experience as well. We are in a prime location that offers you the opportunity for a "Grand Slam." Our guides will get you to the most-popular areas for tarpon, permit and bonefish; you just need to catch them. We are strong believers in conservation, and all fishing is catch and release only.

We offer three-, four- and seven-night packages for divers, fishers and beachcombers. We head off to dive and snorkel the Blue Hole, Half Moon Caye and Lighthouse Reef on Tuesdays. We offer an on-site dive and fish shop run by a professional and friendly staff. Receive up to 15 dives on a seven-night package and 12 fishing opportunities on a seven-night fishing package.

Come experience Turneffe Island Lodge--a whole new level of comfort, service and privacy. Accommodations: King, queen, full and twin bed accommodations; plus indoor and outdoor showers. All guest rooms have AC, a sitting area and private, screened-in patios with direct views of the Caribbean Sea. Upgrades are available to our Superior second-floor guest rooms or a private cabana. All guest rooms have mahogany wood from floor to ceiling.

Amenities: Two 25-foot dive skiffs; one 46-foot dive boat for Lighthouse Reef dives, including the Blue Hole; nitrox is available.
