PADI has just released Rescue Diver Online via PADI eLearning®. Now all the core courses are available online: Open Water Diver Course, Advanced Open Water Diver Course and now the Rescue Diver Course.

As a Rescue Diver you'll learn to look out for the safety and well-being of others. You'll expand your dive skills and confidence while learning to recognize, prevent and manage dive emergencies. Most certified PADI Rescue Divers look back on their rescue training as one of the most challenging - sometimes demanding - and therefore most rewarding courses they've taken. The subject is serious but the training is fun.

The way the Rescue Diver Course works is you will take the knowledge development portion of the course online on your own schedule and at your own pace. Once you complete the online portion, head to your local PADI Dive Center or Resort to complete the required dives and skills to earn the Rescue Diver Course certification.
