Daniel HalmiMoray eel captured by UV light.
Provided Caption: On my last diving holiday I was lucky enough to capture two of these moray eels under the UV light. Using UV lights brings the night dive to a whole new level.
HONORABLE MENTIONS

Jason SintekEntrance to the Carwash Cenote.
Provided Caption: Looking like a scene found in a Dr. Seuss book, the entrance to the Carwash Cenote is real place and nothing short of mind blowing. During the summer months as the water starts to warm, a glowing green algae starts to form around the iridescent water lilies, creating a mystical feel to start your dive.

Noval SmithJellyfish
Provided Caption: Got this beautiful little jelly on a snorkel trip off Ketchikan Alaska, last month. Photographed with Sealife DC600 with external flash. Very little tweaking required-got rid of a little backscatter.

Iris PoutanenTubeworm in Croatia.
Provided Caption: This tubeworm in Croatia amazed me. I was taking photos on a night dive and I already knew this giant tubeworm house. I passed it and pointed with my light and quickly tried to take a good shot before it went hiding. I noticed I could get very close to it with out scaring it! Photo is amazing and didn't need any photoshopping, just a little lightning modification. It is such a colorful and wonderful creature!

Jason SintekColeman shrimp with fire urchin.
Provided Caption: A pair of Coleman Shrimp (look closely) take up residence on a Fire Urchin. Getting its name from its glowing multi-colored spines, this species of urchin is one of the most fascinating to look at, but also one of the most poisonous.
