Experience laidback charm at Paradise Villas
Paradise VillasEnjoy true relaxation in your villa.
You would be forgiven for wondering if the plane that ferries passengers from Grand Cayman to Little Cayman is a time travel machine. As soon as you step out onto the sand-sealed airstrip at the Edward Bodden Airfield, it is quickly apparent that you have arrived in paradise in the truest sense of the word. All twelve square miles are blanketed in a sense of calm and serenity, leaving you more relaxed by the end of your stay than even the most accomplished luxury spa could.
The Resort
At Paradise Villas, we take pride in helping you embrace the unspoiled and quaint nature of Little Cayman throughout your entire stay with us. We hail as the only 100% oceanfront resort on the island, with all our villas located within 50 feet of the water. Relax on your cottage veranda and fall asleep to the sounds of the waves lapping the shore. Spend the day in one of the many hammocks dotting the property, or use your villa’s personal mini barbecue to cook up something delicious with your family or friends. Head to our recently expanded deck and read the latest bestseller under the sun shades, or cool off in our pool featuring uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. It is truly the most laidback way to enjoy what Little Cayman has to offer.
Paradise VillasNew friends await you below the surface of our blue waters.
Diving
Little Cayman is world famous for having some of the most pristine coral reefs in the world. The sheer wall in the Bloody Bay Marine Park will take your breath away and leave you begging for more.
Paradise Villas is proud to be partnered with Conch Club Divers (CCD), where your individual needs are catered to, allowing you to relax and completely unwind. Once you set up your gear for the first time, the dive staff will take care of the rest. After the dive site briefing from one of the expert staff members, your gear is carried to you for your dive entry and changed over to a fresh tank once you exit. Feel free to allow the staff to wash and store your BCD and regulator, so that you can relax and enjoy the sun, sand and sea.
The experience and the expertise offered through CCD create a safe and welcoming environment that fosters learning. Don’t forget to bring your certification card and your log book, and be prepared for a quick refresher if you have not dived in over a year.
Their 42-foot Newton is specially fitted for diving and is always the first boat off of the dock in the morning and afternoon to ensure the best choice of dive sites. Whether you are looking to increase your diving skill with a new certification or see some beautiful underwater sights, Conch Club Divers has you covered.
Paradise VillasTake a kayak and make a day trip over to Owen Island – perfect for picnics!
Other activities
Although Little Cayman is by nature a quieter and more laidback vacation, there are activities to keep you entertained during your stay. Borrow one of the Paradise Villas bicycles, or rent a scooter or car, and tour the island at your own pace, making stops at the Booby Pond Nature Reserve, Tarpon Lake and the gorgeous and secluded Point of Sand beach on your way. Visit the Little Cayman Museum for a taste of the island’s cultural heritage, or make the short kayak trip over to Owen Island off the southwest coast, an islet with no buildings or residents that will make you feel as though you have your own private island for the day! Throughout your trip you will also have the chance to spot some of the indigenous Little Cayman Rock Iguanas, which have the right of way on all our roads.
Paradise VillasWhen you’re done with the day’s activities, head over to The Hungry Iguana for an oceanfront meal and cool drink.
Dining
Paradise Villas features the only full service, a la carte restaurant on Little Cayman, the Hungry Iguana Restaurant and Sports Bar. The ‘Iggy,’ as it is fondly known, is situated on the ocean's edge, just steps away from the villas.
Serving a combination of American fare (soups, sandwiches, and salads) along with some zesty dishes from the Islands (seafood, conch chowder, and lobster), the kitchen is open for lunch and dinner daily as well as breakfast on weekends and bar snacks and beverages throughout the day. The Iggy also features the most extensive wine list on the island. Dine inside the cozy restaurant or enjoy your meal at the water's edge on our large shaded patio.
No matter how you choose to spend your time with us in Little Cayman, it is sure to be a trip you won’t soon forget, and one you’ll daydream about for months after you’ve left. If you’re looking for a more carefree and authentic way to enjoy the island, Paradise Villas is the way to go!
