The Bahamian island of San Salvador is home to 35 moored sites for scuba divers to enjoy. This tiny 63 square-mile island is the top of an undersea mountain stretching up 15,000 feet from the ocean floor. The 100 plus visibility makes the wall even more dramatic underwater. The sharks only add to the excitement! As you can see in the video above, there was hardly a moment during our dives when there wasn't a shark or two within sight. This area is well-known for hammerheads as well, and we got to see one of them as well!
